Brushy Creek Behavior Consulting is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Round Rock, TX

About us

Brushy Creek Behavior Consulting is a small business in Round Rock, TX. We are data-driven, rewarding, autonomous and our goal is to provide high quality services to children in need of behavioral support, learning communication, and working with other providers. We provide services in home, private school, and community settings.

Our work environment includes:

  • Autonomous work- we will not micromanage you
  • Small caseloads of 1-2 clients.
  • Ongoing supervision and mentorship offered

Brushy Creek Behavior Consulting is hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide direct treatment. We are not a 3-tier service provider unless the applicant is a graduate student actively in a BCBA coursework program in which case RBT certification is required and ongoing supervision will be provided.

Duties include:

  • Implement treatment plans written
  • Work with insurance with support
  • Manage client cases
  • Update data each session and leave session notes per requirements of insurance and company standards
  • Provide family guidance and training
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with reinforcement, punishment, and extinction

Education and credentials requested:

  • Masters degree in special education or applied behavior analysis
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Texas
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • RBT in a graduate coursework program for Applied Behavior Analysis

  • Leaving the "typical" cookie cutter ABA programs behind and willing to think outside the box.

While this job is listed as part time, as we grow with intention more hours may be available down the road. This is not an agency that operates like a revolving door. We ask for the same commitment from our clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
